The N-CAP'R program allows several report options. For example, you may choose to print just the main screen and market value results, yearly income and expense summaries, discounted cash flow analysis, the lender-investor survey, or combinations of these results. You may also choose to print a full narrative report that, with or without the discounted cash flow analysis or lender-investor reports. The reports will print to your default printer, to a word file, to a rich text file, or to an HTML file.
